PURCHASE CONTRACT

Breeder responsibilities:

  • Breeder will supply the buyer with up to date health record information, proof of licensed veterinarian examination, and applicable registration at the time of transfer.

  • All puppies are evaluated for temperament and health at eight weeks of age by breeder. Physical health examination will be performed by a licensed veterinarian prior to transfer.

  • This puppy is current on all vaccinations, deworming and free of any genetic diseases to the best of the breeder’s knowledge at the time of transfer. Buyer will be informed of any known health defects.

  • The breeder has provided the buyer and has acknowledged a full disclosure of the health, habits, and temperament of the dog.

  • The breeder will give recommendations for training. Purchaser is able to contact breeder with questions regarding health and training after transfer.

Purchaser responsibilities:

  • All information given at time or purchase is correct and accurate.

  • The Purchaser hereby agrees, to have the adopted puppy examined and approved for purchase by a licensed veterinarian of his/her choice within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of transfer of the K9.  

  • The buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, and medical care upon sickness, disease, or injury.

  • Maintenance will include an annual health exam and routine vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.

  • The dog shall reside with the buyer. The Buyer shall notify the breeder immediately if the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer. The dog shall not be transferred to any individual without consent of the breeder.

  • Failure to fulfill these responsibilities will null and void any health guarantee the breeder provides.

Payment:

  • A deposit is required to reserve a K9. All Payments are nonrefundable. This contract is valid once any payment on K9 is made.

  • The payment of K9 must be paid in full at the time of pickup/ delivery.

  • The payment of deposit and/or balance may be paid via:

    • Cash or via online invoice.​

*Purchaser has ten (10) days after the K9 turns 8 weeks of age to have the dog delivered or picked up. After ten (10) days, the breeder has the right to charge boarding fees of $15 per day until pick up or delivery. If appropriate arrangements for pick up/deliver are unable to be made, the breeder has the right to resell the K9 without return of any payments made.
